Organisational commitment and job satisfaction concepts are widely studied items of organisational behavior researchers. The factors and results of job satisfaction and organization behaviour are related to each other. The services given by the health professionals are also affected by organizational commitment and job satisfaction and needed to be measured, impoved and searched. This review summarises the factors of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and researches conducted on health care givers including pharmacists.
