Volatile oils of Laser trilobum and Cuminum cyminum fruits
In this research, volatile oil of Laser trilobum (Umbelliferae) fruits named as ‘’kefe kimyonu’’ in Turkey and volatile oils of Cuminum cyminum (from different cultivation area) used as cumin were examined by GLC. Dried fruits of L. trilobum contain 2.7% volatile oil. Peryllaldehyde (68.46%) and d-limonene (24.32%) were determined as the major components of L. trilobum fruit oil.
