DOI : 10.29228/jrp.100 Present manuscript describes the design, synthesis and antimicrobial activity of novel [1,2,4]triazіno[2,3-c]quinazoline – pyrazoline hybrids. The combination of pyrazoline cycle with [1,2,4]triazіno[2,3-c]quinazoline heterocyclic fragment was substantiated as promising approach for development of novel antibacterial and antifungal agents. The simple and effective synthetic procedure for target heterocyclic hybrids was proposed. The structures of obtained compounds were verified by appropriate physicochemical methods, the features of 1H NMR-spectral characteristics were described as well. It was shown that synthesized compounds reveal significant growth inhibitory activity against Candida albicans strain. Keywords : quinazoline; pyrazoline; heterocyclic hybrids; antimicrobial activity; Candida albicans
