The research was undertaken in order to determine the flowering periods of the Gramineae family which grows at Nişantaşı region. With that purpose, only the analyses of the plants in the Gramineae family the pollens of which are allergens, from among the pollens of various plants collected on the slide which was changed every week of the Durham instrument placed on the roof of the canteen of Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry continuously for two years and their concentration in the air was determined on a weekly basis.
