Antazoline was used as model substance and various pharmaceutical xualitiy control methods were applied to micropellets manufactured with formulas showing optimal properties.

Following this procedure, the micropellets carrying the active substance were coated with acrylic resins in order to obtain controlled release.

Release properties were examined by in-vitro experiments and with different kinetic calculations. As a result, micropellet formulations showing controlled release have been developed which can be useful guides for the pharmaceutical industry of our country.
