Thus, it will enable a better thearapeutic outcome of the treatment. In this review, the importance of collaboration between “patient-nurse-physician-pharmacist” is emphasized in regard with the the Joint Commission International standarts report third clause about drug safety. The current practice in Gulhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) Education and Research Hospital is also reviewed.
