In this work, polarographic reduction of the water- soluble flavanoids in the flower of the plant, Helichrysum graveolens, which is grown in Bursa, Uludağ Hotels Region, has been investigated on the Dropping Mercury Electrode (DME) in aqueous 30% ethyl alchohol. A single irreversible wave was observed in pH range 2.90- 10.11. Logarithmic analysis of the waves has been made and kinetic parameters (αn and k^{o_f,h) have been calculated by Kern’s and Koutecky’s methods. Based on the kinetic parameters, mechanism of the reduction process was proposed depending on pH.} Keywords :
